WARRANTY

The Pilates Studio Pro™ is warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for one (1) year from the individual consumer’s original date of purchase. The Pilates Studio Pro™ is warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship when used in any business or commercial application for six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

Return the defective item(s) with proof of purchase and items will be replaced within the warranty time limits. Read and follow all instructions as Pro Fitness Systems LLC cannot be held liable for any loss or damages arising from improper use of the Pilates Studio Pro™ or from defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. This warranty is void if the component shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive force, misapplication, misuse, or other unintended use of the product.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTY(S). PRO FITNESS SYSTEMS LLC HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

RETURNS
