If needed, equipment may be wiped down with mild soap and water. Heat or cold can compromise the rubber, decreasing the functional life of the band. Do not put cuffs, bands or bag in the washing machine Never dry clean cuffs, bag or other component.

• Keep your components clean and free of grit.
• Keep out of the sun.
• Do not leave exposed to prolonged heat or cold.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not walk on the bands.
• Do not leave anything hanging on the bands that stretches them.
• Do not use bands as a bungee cord.
